Q. Does it work on both a PC and a MAC?

Yes it does, Legal Workspace is a 100% cloud-based software that can be accessed from anywhere, at any time through a modern internet browser, i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer. You just need any web browsing device with Internet access and a modern web browser.

Q. What would happen if the internet collapsed?

If your internet cuts out unexpectedly, meanwhile you can jump on your mobile Hotspot or you can work remotely from different location.

Q. Is Legal Workspace secure?

We take your privacy and data security very seriously. When you access Legal Workspace, your connection is secured via 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. 256 bit encryption is used to protect your information and data from unwanted access or to transmit data confidentially.

Q. How often is my data backed up?

It is very important to protect your data from sudden loss. We take a daily backup of your complete data to a separate location.

Q. Where will my data be stored?

100% UK based data centre. According to the hosting service provider, all of their servers are located in an ex-MOD bunker outside of London and the M25. It's 25m underground and has 3m thick concrete walls and N+1 power and cooling. There's 24/7 security and CCTV, a 2m barbed wire fence, ex-MOD/police staff, and comprehensive hardware & software firewalls.

Q. Can I switch billing cycles after few months?

YES YOU CAN - if you decide to try us out on a monthly basis and then want to move to an annual to take advantage of the discount available, it's not a problem. Just let our team know, and we'll take care of the rest.

Q. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

YES - If you wish to discontinue using Legal Workspace, You can cancel your Legal Workspace subscription any time. However, There will be no refund for early termination or unused services.

Q. How do I get my data back after cancellation?

Any data you store in our Case Management System is your property. When you cancel a subscription, we archive your complete data for 60 days. If you wish to obtain a copy of your data held by us, then just let our team know and we'll take care of the rest. We will send your data to you on an encrypted Disk (Delivery charges may apply).
